(1) Who are you and what do you do?
As a serial entrepreneur and disruptive technology innovator, Pamela’s latest venture Borsetta was founded from the data transparency and trust gap she uncovered among many suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors during the development of an eco-conscious jewelry brand known as Liberti. This experience, coupled with her background in technology and launching new products to market, led to the development of Borsetta.

Borsetta is a secure, trusted and transparent title on the blockchain for the luxury goods.
(3) What are you currently reading right now and would recommend to others?

(4) What makes you stay in the startup ecosystem?
It is such a creative process to connect the crazy “dots” in your head to paper and then map it through execution. It is like a painting or writing a novel. You put it down, edit it, scratch it out, throw it away but then maybe take parts out of the trash and begin to re-craft it again.
(5) What drives your passion about the startup ecosystem?
It’s exciting to take the hunches and ideas through what I call the percolation process to uncover a breakthrough idea.
(6) Where do you see the startup ecosystem in 5 years?
Flourishing around the world impacting and empowering women into the decentralized economy
(7) How has failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?
No finish line. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again.
(8) What is one of the best worthwhile investments you’ve ever made (could be financial, time, energy, etc.)?
I went to Sophia University in Tokyo and it changed my life.(9) What do you do to refocus yourself when you feel overwhelmed or unfocused?
Mediate for 15-20 min to clear my head and create space for ideas and focus. I also love to walk my dog in the park and pilates reformer.
(10) What’s one piece of advice you would give someone trying to break into the startup ecosystem?
Clarity is power. Be brutally honest with yourself and know your why!
